Former Leader of the House, Iba Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Obanla Rahman, has extended his support to indigent pupils of L.A. Primary School 2, Isashi, by donating school bags to aid their learning.
The gesture, aimed at easing the burden of parents and encouraging pupils to focus on their education, was warmly received by the school community.
Speaking during the presentation, the Headmistress, Mrs. Dorcas Adejuwon, expressed deep appreciation to Hon. Rahman for remembering the pupils and prioritizing their welfare. She described the donation as a timely intervention that would boost the children’s morale and inspire them to take their studies seriously.
Hon. Rahman noted that the initiative was part of his personal commitment to support education at the grassroots, stressing that children must be given the right foundation to secure a brighter future.
