Hon. Sanni Omolaja Shakiru (SOS), Councilorship Aspirant Ward D, Iba LCDA on Tuesday, 10th of June, 2025, received Hon. Kuku Mutiu Olayinka, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Councilorship candidate for Ward D, Iba Local Council Development Area (LCDA), ahead of the upcoming Local Government elections.
During the meeting, Hon. Kuku Olayinka emphasized the importance of party unity and peace, stating, “The primary election has come and gone, but the party remains supreme.” He pledged that his administration, if elected, would prioritize inclusive governance, ensuring no member is left behind regardless of the primary outcome.
In response, Hon. Sanni Shakiru affirmed his commitment to collaboration and securing victory for the party. “I am available to work with you to ensure victory and make Ward D the best in Iba LCDA,” he stated. He further articulated their shared objective: “Our collective goal is to make Ward D, Iba LCDA, a model of excellence and progress.”
Shakiru Omolaja Sanni (SOS) reiterated that the paramount focus remains delivering a decisive victory for the APC and securing an overwhelming mandate from voters on Election Day, July 12, 2025. He underscored that the unity of the party is fundamental to the strength of the community.
